One hose has a leak

Your hose has a leak and air escapes audibly? This is where we can help you!

If the hole is only a few centimeters away from the upper or lower end of your hose, you can easily fix the problem yourself. This way, your device is quickly ready for use again.

Quick Fix on the multi-plug:

First, pull the multi-plug off the individual hoses with a slight twisting motion. Then you can simply cut off the defective part of the hose with sharp household scissors or a cutter knife. It is important that you then also shorten the other hoses by the same length so that everything holds well again. Finally, connect the hoses to the multi-plug one after the other. 

Quick Fix on the cuff pins:

Here, you first detach the cuff plugs from your cuff and carefully pull the cuff plugs off the individual hoses. Then you can simply cut off the defective part of the hose with sharp household scissors or a cutter knife. It is important that you then also shorten the other hoses by the same length so that everything holds well again. Finally, connect the hoses to the cuff plugs one after the other and press them firmly onto your cuff.

Quick Fix for the Quick Connector:

To solve the problem, carefully pull the rubber seal off the Quick Connector and simply apply some liquid glue to it. Then put it back into the Quick Connector. Once the glue has dried, you can use the device as usual.

For all quick fixes, we will of course still give you full warranty rights and if the attempt is unsuccessful, we will send you a spare part immediately.
