The remote control does not work

Concerns Reboots One / Reboots One Lite

If your remote control does not work, please check if you have inserted a full battery. Due to the delivery regulations we are not allowed to deliver the battery directly to you. If you have not yet inserted a battery, you will need a CR2032 button battery for Reboots One and One Lite, or 2x AAA batteries for Reboots One Pro.

Also, please check if you have removed the battery protection. There should be a small plastic plate sticking out of the bottom of your remote control. This is the battery protector. For your remote to work, please remove it once. It is only for protection during transport and can be easily disposed of.
