One hose is too short and comes off the cuffs

Sometimes a hose can be too short and slip off the connector on the cuff.

Fortunately, this problem can be easily fixed so that your device is immediately ready for use again.

Quick Fix

The easiest and quickest solution is to disconnect all hose connections from the cuffs and then remove the cuff plugs from the hoses. Now simply shorten all hoses by about 2.5 cm - with the exception of the hose that keeps slipping off its connection. The easiest way to do this is with sharp scissors or a cutter knife. Then shorten the slipping hose by only about 1 cm. Finally, put all the cuff plugs back on the hoses and reconnect them correctly. The problem should now be solved and the hose should no longer slip. In this way, your device is immediately ready for use again.

If this effort is too much for you, you can of course simply return the hose set to us as a second option. We will then make the described change for you and send it back to you as soon as possible.

For all quick fixes, we will of course still give you full warranty rights and if the attempt is unsuccessful, we will send you a replacement part immediately.
