If your device does not turn on, please first check if the power plug is connected properly and if (in case of Reboots Go) the battery is charged.
If the device still does not turn on, please unplug the power cord and make sure that your device is disconnected from the power supply. On the bottom of your device there is a fuse switch with the inscription "FUSE" (the picture on the left). You can unscrew it completely with a small screwdriver or a coin. Then you can check if the wire in the fuse (the picture on the right) is damaged.
The fuse is intact, but your device still won't turn on? In this case, please contact our support and we will help you.
If the fuse is damaged, you can easily replace it with a new commercial fuse (slow blow (T); 3.15A; 5 x 20mm).
