Your cuffs are too large for you? If you share your cuffs with other people, for example, and therefore have to resort to a certain size, there is the following simple option:
Tighten the cuff properly so that only the tops of your feet stick out at the bottom. If the cuff protrudes too far above your thighs at the top, you can easily deactivate the top chamber.
