Pressure sensation is very individual. If the pressure seems too low, first make sure that it is set strong enough. The maximum pressure is 240mmHg (Reboots Go: level 16). If the pressure is still too low, please check that the hoses are not kinked at any point or that the air supply is not interrupted, for example because you accidentally sit on the hose.
If everything is also in order here, you can check at the following points whether air is escaping audibly and noticeably:
1. At the cuff links
Press the plugs on your cuff really firmly into the sockets again. You can find the instructions here: Connection of the cuff plugs
If there is still a significant air leak, please contact our support team.
Tip: It is best not to loosen these plug connections afterwards. You can simply store your Reboots with the hoses plugged in.
2. At the Quick Connectors
If air escapes at the connectors, please check if the Quick Connector is connected correctly and tightly. You can find the instructions here: Use of the Quick Connectors
If everything looks ok there but air is still escaping, you can find help here to quickly solve your problem: One hose has a leak
3. At the socket of the multi-plug on the device
Kontrolliere hier bitte, ob der Multistecker fest und gerade im Gerät steckt.
You can find instructions here: Connecting the multi-plug
If everything is connected correctly here and air is still escaping, please contact our support team.
4. At the hose
If air escapes from any part of the hose, you can find help in this article: One hose has a leak
