The Arm Cuffs allow you to include your arms in your recovery application in addition to your lower body. In order for this to work optimally, it is important that you + connect the cuffs correctly first.
Before the first u application, you must attach the cuff stretcher to the arm cuff. The tubes are attached from the shoulder in towards the hand. You start at the shoulder and insert the longest tube with the dark gray connector. Then you work your way towards your hand, where the shortest, light gray hose is then plugged in. The end of the hose that leads to the control unit should come out at the level of your hand. It is important that you tightly press the plugs into the sockets so that the connections do not disconnect even during use under pressure. Ready!
Tip: It is recommended that you leave the cuff plugs plugged in and store your cuffs with the hose set connected.
You can either use the arm cuffs individually (here you can find the instructions for using individual cuffs) or connect them at the same time as your boots or pants (here you can find the instructions). Please note: With the Reboots Go you can only use one Arm Cuff at a time with your boots or pants.
